Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before fulfilment
You may request cancellation without a cancellation fee before your order has been fulfilled or handed to the delivery partner. Once fulfilment has started, the order cannot be cancelled as a change-of-mind request. If FYBLO must cancel an order because it cannot be fulfilled, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us within seven calendar days after delivery if you received:
- a damaged item;
- a defective item; or
- an item different from the one ordered.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and reasonable supporting evidence such as clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label and damage or defect. Please keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions.
After verification, an eligible claim will be resolved through a replacement or refund, subject to availability and applicable law. FYBLO will bear reasonable return or collection costs for an accepted claim. Do not return a product until we provide return instructions.
Consumable products
Because FYBLO products are consumable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste or flavour preference, ordering mistakes, or products that have been opened, used, tampered with or stored improperly, unless a remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund timing
Accepted refunds will be processed within a reasonable period using the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange another secure refund method with you. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights, including remedies that may apply where goods are defective, deficient, spurious, not as advertised or agreed, or delivered later than the stated schedule for reasons other than force majeure.
