These Terms govern use of the FYBLO website and purchases from Wizvy Technologies, trading as FYBLO. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Shipping, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies.

Orders

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Orders are subject to availability, verification, acceptance and serviceability. An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Standard shipping within India is free. Any optional charge will be displayed before the order is placed. Available online payment methods and Cash on Delivery are shown at checkout.

Product and website information

Website and product information is provided in good faith and will be kept as accurate as reasonably possible. Wellness information is general information and is not a substitute for individual medical advice.

Permitted use

The FYBLO name, branding, website content and original materials may not be copied, misused or commercially exploited without permission. The website must not be used unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that disrupts its operation.

Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYBLO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer redressal bodies with lawful jurisdiction remain available. Subject to those rights, jurisdiction will be Gurugram, Haryana.
